Ordering Online with Needhams Florists

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure there are no last minute hitches to getting your gift delivered on time.

Any offers we make are designed to be used independently, and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

No order is accepted by Needhams Florists until the order has been checked & approved. If there is a problem we will contact you.

Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provided at time of order placement.

We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

We reserve the right to edit any message that contains offensive and/or inappropriate content.

In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to offer you an alternative. However, if this would prevent us from meeting your required delivery date, we will send suitable substitutes of the same or higher value.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Alcoholic gifts

Under the Licensing Act of 1964 (UK) and 1976 (Scotland) it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy, or attempt to buy, alcoholic liquor. It is an offence under Sections 32 and 33 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act 1988 (Ireland) for any person under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor. It is an offence under Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 for any person under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor.

Our Guarantee

At Needhams Florists we are committed to providing an excellent service. If you have sent flowers, chocolates, or indeed received a gift with which you are not entirely happy, please contact us with your comments; we need to know if we can improve, and will do all we can to put it right for you.

We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days. Roses, summer and spring flowers will be guaranteed for a period of 5 days.

Return / Refund Policy

Returns are accepted. This is conditional on the return of goods to us in their original packaging and good condition within 24 hours. Returning items under this Guarantee is the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or in any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a delivery-address basis. We charge £5.99 for all UK deliveries, and £7.99 for all European and other international deliveries. Same day delivery is offered only if the order is received before 1pm on that day (and payment is made with a debit or credit card). Please note that we do not despatch on Sundays (except for Mothering Sunday)

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
